2. Website access and hosting

Our website is hosted by STRATO. When you access the website, technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser information) may be processed in server logs to deliver the website and maintain security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). The storage duration of server logs depends on STRATO's applicable hosting configuration and retention rules. We will provide further information on request.

3. Contact enquiries

If you contact us through the form or by email, we process your name, email address, optional company information and message to respond to your enquiry and handle follow-up communication. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to pre-contractual steps or a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Form submissions are sent by email to ekr@ibe-consultants.com. The website form itself is not designed to save submissions in a database. We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any subsequent business relationship, subject to applicable statutory retention obligations.

This version of the website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party font services. No external content is intentionally embedded. If additional tools or services are introduced, this notice will be updated accordingly.

5. Recipients

STRATO acts as our website hosting and email service provider and processes technical and communication data in connection with these services under an agreement on data processing. Information is shared with other recipients only where necessary, legally required or otherwise permitted by law.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. We do not intentionally integrate external content or analytics services that transmit visitor data to third countries. Any transfers by our service providers are governed by their applicable contractual and data protection arrangements.
